How many types are there in ENDURANCE? To improve Endurance which exercises are to be done & which foods we should take? What is Hydration? How to hydrate the body during endurance workouts & in the process of hydration If we over hydrate the body are there are any side effects?Yes side effects will be there & we will discuss about it.

So Guys before we talk about Endurance first we should discuss about arteries and veins. Endurance is nothing but breathing. Endurance is closely related to breathing .Arteries and Veins are called blood vessels So Your Arteries will supply the blood to all the parts of the body from the heart and also and veins will sent that blood back to the heart.

So there is a complex relation between them Arteries and Veins will work as a complex system. In Arteries there will be two types we will discuss about this in our upcoming videos.So Coming to the Point Endurance so endurance means Repetaedly doing a work or an activity to do it completly. For Example if you do a pushup if we lie down once and get up that will not be an endurance exercise ,If we lift a stone once and put it down that will not be an endurance exercise.

Endurance means doing the same pushup repeateldy up to which extent you can do & do it repeatedly .In the case when you are unable do it any more that is called ENDURANCE.It may be big rock also when you are getting hand pain or tried when lifting it then you will stop doing it, it is called ENDURANCE.Doing work repeatedly untill you get tired or unable to do it is called as ENDURANCE. Doing work or physical activity & taking rest is called as ENDURANCE

How many types of ENDURANCE are there? Basically all will say there are two types of ENDURANCE.One is Anaerobic & the other one is long distance running. What i say is in ENDURANCE there will be 4 types of ENDURANCE :
1st One is Muscular ENDURANCE
2nd One is Anaerobic Endurance
3rd one is HIT Endurance – In this Anaerobic Endurance & Aerobic Endurance
and the last one is long distance running.

Totally 4 Types we will discuss about these 4 types. While doing these 4types of Endurance Breathing differnces & their stages Hyderation & supplementation i am going to tell you abou these.These 4 types of Endurance’s & also when to include the exercise’s. So breathing technique & differnt stages of it While doing exercises how to do hydration? Most of the people while doing endurance exercisesSport’s drink. redbull, getroid Pulpy orange or minute maid because of high level of Vitamin C

Some people will tell that they are tried because of doing endurance exercises or playing cricket they will drink Limca for energy. We can take all these type of drinks or if we take the lime juice it is enough or not? All these type of topics are going to be discussed now.Basically endurance is not only a physical activity if you can know what is engergy system or energy conversion. You will easily understand about ENDURANCE.

Basically energy conversion is done from the food which you have taken. For organ functioning in your body for any party in your body should work and also for the body functioning energy is required. Where will this energy come from? For the functioning of your brain, nerves or muscles energy is required. What ever food we take will interact with mitochondria and will convert into ATP. ATP means Adenosine triphosphate.

For your Brain Functoning and for your regular activity, & functoning energy will be supplied from the food which you have intaken what ever food you have taken will convert into ATP. Not in the scientific terminology but in an easy way to give you a clear & good information i am doing this video. So lot of people in the comments are asking about shall we do endurance exercises are not? If we do them there is a chance of getting heart issues, if we are tired then Central nervous system fatigue will be done,Giddines comes quickly like this people are having lot of myths. To break thoose myths i am doing this video.

So what ever food you eat that might be Pizza, Burger, chapati, mudda pappu avakai or curd rice.It will interact with mitochondria & convert into ATP.The required energy for your body is available from food. So your body will convert fats into fatty acids, Carbo hydrates into glucose, Proteins into amino acids and will create the required ATP to your body

When ever you are doing short burst exercise or intense moments firstly you body will utilise creatine because while doing the short burst exercises sudeen jerks or intense moments will occur.For the first 1-3 minutes your body will utilise creatine you may think that i am not taking the creatine. Here creatine reffers to the creatine which is present in your body and it is called as phosphocreatineWhen ever you are doing thoose short burst exercises or intense moments for the first 1-3 minutes in your body phosphocreatine will be utilized.

After that carbs you have taken, means glucose will be utilized. So after these fats,the fats which are there in your adipose tissue will be utilized. For your better understanding if you are walking on a road in the morning,your friend has overtaken you with the car you both greeted each other & after travelling some distance he stopped. You may think that your friend was waiting for you He said that i had not stopped for you & the car broke down and he asked to push the car & he started pushing it.

After pushing it your body because it is a hiil area pushing may be difficult, after pushing it for 1-3 minutes. First of all your body will utilize craetine that is reffered as 1st gear. So after 3 minutes what ever carbs you have taken from your liver the glycosine or glucose will be utilized.It is also completed but still the workshop not arrived then your body will try to utilize the fat cells in the adipose tissue as energy & this is the last stage.

So basically we can not be resist if we can resist to that stage your will body will try to utilize the fats as energy.It will be happened in the rare cases because fat mobilization will not happen that mush fast. So main thing is what ever food’s you are taking To utilize 100% by your body like fats, aminom acids, proteins or carbs to interact with mitochondria & covert into ATP ,the mandatory thing is oxygen. If oxygen is not there the food which you have taken will not burn & it won’t interact with mitochondria & will not convert into ATP that’s why oxygen is very important.

To increase oxygen capacity we should properly maintain endurance capacity air should properly go from noise to Diaphragm and then from lungs to the blood & it should utilize properly.What ever food you have taken for example the nutritious food you eat will not undergo partition without oxygen.Nutrient Partition will happen only with the oxygen,oxygen is the main thing.So to increase the oxygen capacity most of the people will not believe scientifically & they will tell i am having will power.

So every thing is mind & mind game with will power we can do any thing because I ate the food dat before yesterday & yesterday i did not ate any thing but today i had ran a distance of 10 KM .For your will power, neurons & brain functoning energy is required .If there is no oxygen and energy your brain functioning will not be done, Neurons & organ’s will not work properly. So Energy is important If you keep aside about the present energy or stored energy.

For example the food which you ate day before yesterday the energy in that will be utilized today by your body.With out eating food it will not be good food for you don’t believe in any rumors and dont do such things like not taking food for 2-3 days & loosing weight. For every 3-3.5 hours glycogen filling must be done it is not related to will power & every thing is scientific. Every thing is Physical Power. For will power, brain functoning , or to think first of all you need energy Energy & Oxygen.

If their is no Energy & Oxygen your body will not work so Every thing is Physical, So if we see some people they will say that i have no motivation & i am un willing to do exercises in the gym i am not getting proper results that’s why i am demotivated. Some people will say we should not give up.If 70% of body is exhausted still 30% you have strength & energy in the brain. If there is no ATP & oxygen your brain will not work.Your nervous system & neurons will not work for thinking also energy is required.

So Every thing is Scientific i am having will power & i will not eat for 2 days Avoiding food also i can exercise for 2-3 hours in a day. Don’t take these type of risk’s by doing things like this lot of problems will arise.To improve your heart health or to increase the endurance.Firstly you should focus on the nutrient you are taking How many types of Endurance are there? So when to include thoose types?What are the differences between them? What is Hydration? What is Supplementation? Are there are side effectrs will be there while doing hydration? In addition to this Which type of foods we should include?

So while doing endurance exercises inflammation will be created muscle soreness & body fatigue will happen what must be the gap between resistance training & endurance training?
