So Today’s topic is about VARICOSE VEINS.You may have seen this varicose veins directly in your close circle so many of them will think VARICOSE VEINS as a big disease or an issue. It is just a condition. When ever you see this the visiblity of the veins will be very high in your body most of them are having a misconception abouut this varicose veins i.e if we have this varicose veins should we do lower body exercises or not?

In human body arteries and veins will be there now we are going to discuss about veins, not arteries.

So basically these veins will pump blood to your over all body aganist gravity. So in some special cases depending up on your body pulse from your veins to the heart blood will be flown. So in this process due to improper blood supply or blood circulation blood accumulation or blood clots will be happened This is called as Varicose Veins.

If we discuss what are the causes for this so basically for females in the case of pregnancy time. Due to increase of abdominal weight or total body weight or due to lack of physical activity. So, blood will be mostly deposited in a single area blood clots & blood accumulation will be done. Especially in glutes, hamstrings, thighs,calf muscles mostly in the lower body & in some cases for gents, because of obesity due to improper blood flow & inactive life style these varicose veins will be appeared.
