So after this snacks their lunch will be in the midnight, their last meal as said that we have to consume less calories in the dinner and to take it early. After completing their shift timing’s at 4 o’clock or 5 o’clock in the morning then they will take their last meal and the sleep time is after 1:30 to 2 hours and your body gets the required sleep.
