Hi Viewers Welcome to Venkat Fitness so many people had one myth.. What is the myth ? If We take high protein high protein diet kidney problems or kidney stones, in fact Bone Loss some people will tell that calcium is going out of urine Is it true? That is our topic today
So viewers basically taking high protein diet. Your Bone Loss, kidney stones, or kidney issues will not come Unless if you have any other kidney issues where does it comes from, this is only myth basically this myth was started in 1920 London one article came in the news because of the high protein diet kidney problems, or kidney stones some times from urine calcium is going out because of it bone loss is occurring bone density is decreasing it came in that news from that time to now so many people are believing that myth from so many days. they are not updating, they need to update.
So for breaking this in 1970’s basically the news which came in 1920’s, it is not researched or it is not scientifically proved that is only a news in 1970’s Scientists, Researchers by doing research they released one study. that studies says by taking high protein diet kidney problems, kidney issues will not come if you take high protein diet or
if there is no protein in take also there is a chances of calcium coming out from urine.
When if you have any kidney issues, so what are the kidney issues and what types will be there let’s talk in separate video. So in 2017 it is finally provided that if we take high protein foods or moderate amount of protein in take kidney issues will not come High Protein Diet and Kidney issues has no relation.
When you are taking high protein diet your calcium abortion will increase calcium will absorbed by body more the calcium which is absorbed by body it will go out of urine or else it will go out of stools if you are taking any food for example you are taking more protein in take so that protein is not stored by body it will send out by stools or by urine that is body nature that’s it but by stored it effecting your body will not be there unless if you had any kidney issues.
So basically if you take high protein diet calcium will go out of urine ? No it will not if you take high protein diet or will not take if you have any kidney issues only normally it will not go or else if some excess protein or excess calcium will go out of urine let it go there is no relation it will take how much your body will require and remaining it will send through stools and urine it will send out you will loss anything bone loss or decreasing bone density will not be there in-fact due to high protein diet bone mineral density will increase calcium deficiency will not come muscle stimulation will be very nice muscle mass will put on very well because of it there are benefits only there are no losses.
And there is another myth that by taking high protein diet kidney issues will come ? or kidney stone will come? so many will tell that don’t take more protein, don’t take more protein food don’t drink take whey protein and due to high protein diet you will get kidney stones it is also a myth why means for example when you are taking blood test in easifor test comparing while taking high protein diet and with out taking high protein diets persons high protein diet taking persons kidney filterization or functioning is more better is proved in that test thats why because of high protein diet kidney problems will not come. Unless if you have austriaparlasis or kidney issues
So if you ask me can we take High Protein diet? we can take but if you have ausioparalasis or kidney problems better to avoid it if you don’t have any problems like that you can take happily ok there is doubt that how much we can take.so if you are an beginner or normal individual 0.5gm to 1gm per your kg body weigh you can take in the other case if you are intermediate or advance lifter or if you are a professional athlete 0.5gm to 2kg per kg body weight you can take protein intake because of this your bone mineral density will increase there will be no calcium deficiency there will be no bone loss muscle mass will put on so each and every muscle will put on very lean that’s it there will no losses at all because of high protein diet there will be no losses there will be only benefits.
So viewers by taking high protein diet calcium absorption will increase our body calcium absorption will increase and going out of the urine process is called calcium hypothysis.
